The following buttons are available from the Add From Virtual Print Gallery dialog box.
The Add From Virtual Print Gallery dialog box is only available when your system is licensed for Virtual Print Driver.

Refresh |
Refreshes the Available Documents list in the Virtual Print Gallery. |

Select All |
Selects all displayed documents in the Available Documents list. |

Clear Selection |
Deselects any selected documents in the Available Documents list. |

Move to Request |
Attaches the selected documents to the request and removes them from the Available Documents list. The documents are no longer available to other users. |

Copy to Request |
Attaches the selected documents to the request. The documents remain in the Available Documents list and are available to other users. |

Remove From Gallery |
Removes the selected documents from the Available Documents list. The documents are no longer available to other users. |

Thumbnail Size |
Determines the size of the thumbnails displayed in the Available Documents list. When you click this button, you can choose from Small, Medium, or Large. |

Zoom Thumbnails |
Toggles whether thumbnails are zoomed in while hovering the mouse over them. If this button is enabled, resting your pointer over a thumbnail will display a zoomed-in view of the thumbnail. The zoom percentage is determined by the thumbnail size For example, the zoom is greater when the thumbnail size is Large instead of Medium. If this button is disabled, resting your pointer over a thumbnail will display a tooltip containing information about the document. |
