The following are recommended checks that should be performed by the System Administrator:

Check to make sure batches are being committed on a regular basis.

Check to see if there are any incomplete processes or incomplete commits.

Run Configuration Reports after any new Disk Groups, Document Type Groups, Document Types or Keyword Types are configured in OnBase for a new remittance process.

Periodically, check documents that have been processed to make sure the processes are accurate.
