  1. In the Configuration module, select Import | Remittance Processor | RPS Remittance Process. The associated RPS Remittance Processing Configuration dialog box is displayed.
    Note:

    Remittance Processing will only be available at the Import menu if the database has been licensed, and the workstation has been properly registered.

  2. Type the name of the new format in the input field at the bottom of the dialog box. Click Create to add it to the RPS Remittance Process Name list. If you choose to remove one of the formats, select it in the list, and click Delete. Click Clear to either deselect your choice from the list, or to clear the new name about to be added.
    To define or edit the configuration of the processor, select a specific area of configuration by clicking Settings, Document Types, Process Settings, or Field Order.
