In the Notifications list, select the notification you want to configure, and click Message. The Notification Message dialog is displayed.
- In the Subject field, enter the subject you want to be displayed in the subject line of the email notification.

In the Message field, enter the message you want to be displayed in the body of the email notification.
You can add tokens to the message to report on specific information about the system.
The Key section displays the available tokens. Click inside the Message field and enter a token or click the token's button to insert it into the field.
The following tokens are available:

Displays the number of hours since the last successful heartbeat to the cloud server.

Minutes Since Heartbeat
Displays the number of minutes since the last successful heartbeat to the cloud server.

Time of Last Heartbeat
Displays the time of the last successful heartbeat to the cloud server.
%U
Files Pending Upload
Displays the number of files waiting to be uploaded to the cloud server.
%P
Files Pending Purge
Displays the number of files waiting to be purged from the cloud server.
%R
Files Pending Replication
Displays the number of files waiting to be replicated to the cloud server.
- When you are finished configuring the message, click Save to save your changes and close the dialog, or click Cancel to close the dialog without saving any changes.
