To add a column that has already been assigned to the process for another Document Type, complete the following steps.

  1. In the Report Mining Column and Data Configuration dialog box, select the Document Type from the Document Types drop-down list.
  2. In the drop-down under Columns, select the column to add to the Data Types Assigned to Columns list.
  3. Select a data type from the Data Types drop-down list.
  4. Click Add Data. The settings dialog box is displayed.
  5. Update the settings as described in the data type's configuration topic. Click a topic from the following list to view the configuration steps for that data type.
