When a user attempts to data mine multiple documents in a list, the following error message may be displayed:

  • [Document Name] could not be data mined because the document type has not been configured for extraction.

The process then stops, and none of the documents are mined.

This message indicates that at least one of the selected documents belongs to a Document Type that is not assigned to the Report Mining process chosen by the user.

Ensure users know which Document Types are eligible for Report Mining processes. To add a Document Type to a process, see Assigning Document Types to Mine.
