Area configuration defines the area of a page where Report Mining searches for information to extract. An area occurs once per page and is expected to be in the same place on each page within a document.
In the process tree, the Area Configuration node contains three sections to define the start of an area, end of an area, and record group location.
See the following example, which illustrates a sample area configuration for an aging report.
Note:
Before beginning area configuration, be sure you've read and understood the Important Concepts for Area Configuration and Mapping.
