Use a line number if the area starts always on the same line on every page.

  1. Access area configuration as described under Accessing Area Configuration.
  2. With the pointer, highlight the first line in the area. You can start in any column and highlight any number of columns.
    When you release the mouse button, a menu is displayed.
  3. Select Set First Line of Area from the resulting menu. The highlighted line is recorded as the [FIRST LINE IN AREA] parameter in the process tree.
    Note:

    If this option is not available, either the Area Configuration node is not selected in the process tree, or the Start of Area is already configured. To remove the configuration, see Deleting Area Configuration Definitions.

  4. Continue to configure the End of Area.
