  1. Access column mapping as described under Accessing Column Mapping. Ensure Column Mapping is selected in the process tree.
  2. With the pointer, select the single data's location in the record group. Ensure the highlighted area accommodates the maximum data length.
  3. Select Column Mapping | Add Single Data Range. The Select Column dialog box is displayed.
    Note:

    If Add Single Data Range is not available, then the Column Mapping node is not selected in the process tree. Ensure the Column Mapping node is selected before you map columns.

  4. Select the column associated with the selected data.
  5. Click Apply. The single data column is added as a new node in the process tree.
