Secondary data columns contain information that occurs on the same line as the primary data.

  1. Access column mapping as described under Accessing Column Mapping. Ensure Column Mapping is selected in the process tree.
  2. With the pointer, highlight the secondary data in the record. Ensure the highlighted area accommodates the maximum data length.
  3. Select Column Mapping | Add Secondary Data Range from the resulting menu. The Select Column dialog box is displayed.
    Note:

    If Add Secondary Data Range is not available, then the Column Mapping node is not selected in the process tree. Ensure the Column Mapping node is selected before you map columns.

  4. Select the column associated with the secondary data.
  5. Click Apply. The secondary data column is added as a new node in the process tree.
  6. Repeat as needed for each column of secondary data.
