Secondary data columns contain information that occurs on the same line as the primary data.
- Access column mapping as described under Accessing Column Mapping. Ensure Column Mapping is selected in the process tree.
- With the pointer, highlight the secondary data in the record. Ensure the highlighted area accommodates the maximum data length.

Select Column Mapping | Add Secondary Data Range from the resulting menu. The Select Column dialog box is displayed.
Note:
If Add Secondary Data Range is not available, then the Column Mapping node is not selected in the process tree. Ensure the Column Mapping node is selected before you map columns.
- Select the column associated with the secondary data.
- Click Apply. The secondary data column is added as a new node in the process tree.
- Repeat as needed for each column of secondary data.
