Test a process for each of its assigned Document Types to ensure it is correctly configured. To run a test, do the following:

  1. Open a sample document for the process as described under Opening a Sample Document. Ensure the document is representative of the Document Type you want to test.
  2. Select the Document Type to test from the process tree.
  3. Right-click the Document Type.
  4. Select Execute Report Mining Process.
    If other Document Types are not yet configured, OnBase displays a message indicating that no columns are mapped for the Document Types. Click OK.
    The process runs and displays an output file.
  5. Review the output file to ensure the results are correct.
    Note:

    Keyword columns cannot be tested because the sample file does not reside in OnBase and has no Keyword Values assigned. Keyword columns in the test output file contain no values.
