Record group parameters define where record groups exist within the configured area.
A record group is a collection of related records, where each record composes a single line in the generated output file. A record group may comprise one or more lines in a document. For an illustrated example of a record group, see Definitions.
Record groups can start either on a specific line within the area or somewhere in relation to a defined tag. See the following topics to configure either method:

The record group must be defined after the start of an area is defined. If the start of an area is modified, then the record group settings must be updated to reflect the new starting point.
