Reporting Dashboards requires a specific Reporting Data Source to be adding in Configuration to properly store and display dashboards, reports, and data providers.
Note:
Reporting Dashboards will not properly function without a Reporting Data Source configured.
To add a created Reporting Data Source:

In Configuration, select Utils | Reporting Dashboards Settings. The Reporting Dashboards Settings dialog box is displayed.
