After clicking on the Export to Image icon, the following dialogue box is displayed.
To export the item as an image:
- Enter a name for the image in the File Name field. By default, this field is filled with the name of the dashboard item.
- Enable the Show Title option to display the title of the item in the image.
- Enter the title for the item in the Title field. By default, this field is filled with the name of the dashboard item.
- Select format for the image from the Image Format drop down menu. The available formats include PNG, GIF, and JPG.
- Enter the desired resolution in dpi for the image in the Resolution (dpi) field. By default, this value is set to 96.
- Select the Include options. Click the Export FIlters checkbox to export any applied filters to the PDF. Select Export Parameters to export the item with applicable parameters. Both options are unchecked by default.
- Click Export once all options are selected. To reset all options to default, click Reset.
Once Export is clicked, the image is downloaded.
