Exporting Dashboard Items as Spreadsheets - Reporting Dashboards - Foundation 23.1 - Foundation 23.1 - Ready - OnBase - external

After clicking on the Export toExcel icon, the following dialogue box is displayed.

To export the item as a spreadsheet:

1. Enter a name for the file in the File Name field. By default, this field is filled with the name of the dashboard item.
2. Select format for the file from the ExcelFormat drop down menu. The available formats include XLSX, XLS, and CSV.
3. If CSV is selected, enter the character to used as a separator in the Separator field. By default, this is a comma (,).
4. Select the Include options. Click the Export FIlters checkbox to export any applied filters to the spreadsheet. Select Export Parameters to export the item with applicable parameters. Both options are unchecked by default.
5. If either Include option is selected, select from the Dashboard State drop down menu where to include the filters and/or parameters, either Below the item or on a Separate Page. By default, Below is selected.
6. Click Export once all options are selected. To reset all options to default, click Reset.

Once Export is clicked, the image is downloaded.
