Before you can use SMART on FHIR with OnBase, you must have a Hyland Identity Provider (IdP) configured for both a Provider and a Client. The Provider configuration provides support for OIDC-Exchange grants, and the Client configuration adds a new client to support SMART on FHIR launches. See the Hyland Identity and Access Management module reference guide for more information.
Note:
Before you save the Hyland IdP configuration, be sure to write down the Client Secret. Once you save the configuration, the Client Secret field is encoded. You will need the unencoded Client Secret when configuring SMART on FHIR applications with OnBase.
