Complete the following steps to create a new Analyst Documents tab for a facility.

  1. In OnBase Configuration, select Medical > Facilities > Facility Configuration.
  2. Select a facility from the Medical Facility Configuration dialog box.

  3. Click Clinical Document Tabs.
    The Tab Configuration dialog box is displayed.

  4. Enter a name for the tab in the field below the tab list. For example, a tab could be named Doctor Notes, Lab Results, or Discharge.
  5. Click Create.
    The new tab appears in the tab list.
  6. Select the newly created tab.
  7. Click Tab Type Assign.

  9. Click Save.
