The Processor Status Log enables the OnBase Client to create logs when import or commit processes start and complete. This makes it easier to monitor the status of processes and their results.

To enable the Processor Status Log:

  1. In OnBase Configuration, go to Users > Global Client Settings > Transaction Logs.
  2. Select the Enable Processor Status Logging check box.
The Processor Status Log can be viewed in the Diagnostics Console. It can also be viewed using Hyland.Logging to any configured routes in the OnBase Client. To configure Hyland.Logging for Splunk and Diagnostics Console, see the Diagnostics Service and Diagnostics Console documentation.
