The Processor Status Log displays a series of standard messages. These messages assist users in monitoring the status of import or commit processes.

Note: The Enable Processor Status Logging option must be selected in the Global Client Settings to view the log messages. See Enabling Processor Status Log for details.

The following table displays the standard Processor Status Log message types and their description:

Message Type Description
Process Heartbeat Outputs to the log when a process begins and has a unique Heartbeat Key assigned to it. This key is uniquely generated for each process.
Note: Heartbeat messages for a running process output once every 5 minutes after the first message with the same key to indicate that a process is still running.
Process Started Outputs any time an import process starts. This message includes the process name and process ID.
Verification Report Errors Outputs when an error occurs with a document during processing.
Process Completed Outputs when an import process completes.
Batch Succeeded Outputs when a batch completes processing without any errors.
Batch Failed Outputs when a batch completes with Verification Report errors or other errors.
Batch Summary Outputs when a batch completes and includes statistics that are output to the Verification Report.

The batch summary statistics include:

  • Time to Complete
  • Total Documents Archived
  • Total Skipped
  • Total Errors
Note: The values in the batch summary statistics are identical to what is output to the Verification Report that is archived with the process.
