Configuring User Group Privileges - Signature Pad Interface (TWAIN) - English - Foundation 22.1 - OnBase - Premier - external - Standard - Essential - Premier - Standard - Essential

When configuring User Groups for the Signature Pad Interface module, ensure that:

• The Sign with Signature Pad privilege for Documents is assigned to User Groups who will be signing documents.

  Note:

  If you upgrade to this version, you will have the Sign with Signature Pad privilege auto-assigned to user groups that had the Modify privilege to avoid unintentional loss of functionality.

• The Create Revisions privilege is assigned to User Groups who will be signing revisable documents.

• The SYS Electronic Signatures Document Type is assigned to User Groups who need to view stored signatures through Document Retrieval.

  Note:

  The SYS Electronic Signatures Document Type does not need to be assigned to User Groups if they are only archiving and using stored signatures. This is only required for retrieval purposes.

• The User Groups that should have access to Signature Administration in the Unity Client are assigned the Signature Pad Administration User Group privilege in the User Groups / Rights | Privileges settings and the Usergroup Security right in the User Groups / Rights | Configuration Rights | Users / User Groups settings.
