You can opt for stored signatures to be automatically applied to documents. By default, upon choosing a configuration with a stored signature, the stored signature is automatically applied to the document.
To view a stored signature in the Signatures dialog box before it is applied to the document:
- Click the Application button and select User Options.
- The User Options dialog box is displayed.
- Select Signatures.
- Select Show my stored signature before applying it to documents.
