Configure individual sub-column entries by selecting the number of the column in the Current sub-column entries by selecting the number of the column in the Current sub-column drop-down list and entering text or fields into the edit boxes. Each column can have up to three lines of text; there are several methods for composing the entries:
-
Text can be typed directly into the Line A, Line B and Line C edit fields.
-
Static, sticky or linked foreign fields are available for use from the Foreign fields list box by placing the cursor in Line A, Line B or Line C edit fields and then double-clicking the name of the foreign field(s) in the list.
-
Use the Function Editor by clicking the button to select from global static fields as the text for the column heading. Double-click the name of the field(s) to select it for the heading.
-
The Wrap check boxes allow you to wrap text in the corresponding line to the next line of text. The text will begin to wrap at the end of an object if there is only one column. If there are multiple columns, the text will begin to wrap at the end of the column.
Click the Color button, if color is supported, to select a color for the text.
