The Columns section provides options for displaying the data in a table. When selecting more than one column, specify the direction the data should fill the table.
The Attributes section contains table formatting options.

Suppress table when records don't exist |
Displays the table only when external data is present in the process file. |
Draw frame around object |
Encloses the table in a rectangle; this rectangle is resizable, depending on the amount of data in the table |
Frame thickness |
When the Draw frame around object option is selected, the number entered in this field is the width of the frame line in 0.01 inches. The range can be from 1 to 25 hundredths of an inch thick. |
Use table heading |
Displays a heading above the table. Text and format is specified on the Headers/Footer tab. |
No table heading on first appearance |
Displays the table heading on subsequent pages if the table breaks over one or more pages, but does not display the heading on the first page. |
Use column headings |
Displays heading(s) above sub-column(s). Specify text, format and color on the Headers/Footer tab. |

Displays the column headings on subsequent pages if the table breaks over one or more pages, but does not display the headings on the first page. |
Indent line B: |
Allows you to specify a measurement, in inches, to indent the second line of a data stream. This indent will apply to all column headings, line items, and total items in the data stream. |
Indent line C: |
Allows you to specify a measurement, in inches, to indent the third line of a data stream. This indent will apply to all column headings, line items, and total items in the data stream. |
Use column separators |
Displays a vertical line between columns. There are no options for formatting a column separator. |
Use line item separators |
Displays a horizontal line between line items. No line will be displayed after the last line item in the data stream. There are no options for formatting a line item separator. |
Credit/debit column split |
Allows you to specify a column for indicating a credit and/or debit. Activating this box activates the Credit and Debit check boxes on the Layout tab as well as the Credit/debit tab. |
Draw totals in last column (default is first column) |
Displays the total from configuration on the Totals tab in the last column. If this is not checked, the total will display in the first column. |
