Click Insert and select Overlay image….

On the Overlay image configuration dialog box, check the Resize image to consume entire page check box if you want the overlay to fit the entire length of the page.

Click the Browse button, navigate to the image file, and highlight its name and click Open.

If the Resize check box is selected, the Specify page length box is displayed. Choose the length of your statement page and click OK. The image resizes to fit the page.
