Opens a blank statement file. If a statement file is currently open when this action executes, OnBase prompts the user to save any changes, if necessary, and closes that file before opening the new statement file.

Displays an Open dialog box to load an existing statement file into the Designer.

Saves the current statement file to a previously specified disk location. If the statement is being saved for the first time, the user is prompted with the Save as window to specify a disk location.

Saves the statement file at the disk location specified in the Save as window.

Displays the Print window to print the current statement layout to the specified printer or file.

Displays the statement in a preview window, exactly as it will look in print. Click Close to return to the statement layout window.

Displays the Print Setup window for setting printing properties for the current statement file.

Closes the Designer. If a statement file is currently open when this action executes, OnBase prompts the user to save any changes, if necessary, and closes that file.
