Static text |
Select this menu option and click the left mouse button on the statement to display the Insert static text object dialog box. |
Line |
Select this menu option, click the left mouse button on the statement and drag the pointer across the statement to draw a line. |
Rectangle |
Select this menu option, click the left mouse button on the statement and drag the pointer across the statement to draw a rectangle. |
Bounding rectangle |
Drag the pointer across the statement to draw a bounding rectangle. A bounding rectangle differs from the static rectangle because the bounding rectangle will resize to accommodate the size of the objects within it. This is especially useful when using data streams where you do not know how long a text line will actually be for every statement. Properties such as line style, line thickness, and color can be set by right-clicking on the object and selecting Properties. |
Image |
Select this menu option, click the left mouse button on the statement and drag the pointer across the statement to draw a rectangle. Release the mouse button to display the Insert static image box to browse to the image file. Statement Composition supports .bmp, .jpg, .tiff and any format that the OnBase image library supports. |
Date/time |
Select this menu option, click the left mouse button on the statement and drag the pointer across the statement to display the Insert date/time field object dialog box. |
Page info |
Select this menu option and click the left mouse button on the statement to display the Insert page information field object dialog box. |

Background shading |
Select this menu option, click the left mouse button on the statement and drag the pointer across the statement to draw a rectangle. Release the mouse button to display the Add background shading dialog box. |
Overlay image |
Select this menu option to display the Overlay image configuration dialog box. |
