Fields, unlike objects, must be deleted individually. You can delete individual fields using the right-click menu option, or, once you have added a field, by clicking the Delete icon (now active).

  1. In the Statement Designer—Object Definition Editor window, click the plus sign icon preceding the object containing the field you want to delete. Then click the plus sign icon preceding fields.
  2. Highlight the field name you want to delete in the object tree.
  3. Either right-click and select Delete, or click the Delete icon.
  4. On the Verify operation message box, click Yes to delete the objects or No to cancel the delete operation and return to the object tree.
