New |
|
Opens a blank statement file. If a statement file is currently open when this action executes, OnBase prompts the user to save any changes, if necessary, and closes that file before opening the new statement file. |
Open |
|
Displays an Open dialog box to load an existing statement file into the Designer. |
Save |
|
Saves the current statement file to a previously specified disk location. If the statement is being saved for the first time, the user is prompted with the Save as window to specify a disk location. |
Cut |
|
Removes the highlighted selection from the statement and writes it to the clipboard. |
Copy |
|
Duplicates the highlighted selection and writes it to the clipboard. Note:
Objects can be copied from one instance of the designer to another instance. |
Paste |
|
Writes the most recent selection from the clipboard to the statement file at the location of the pointer. |
Redo |
|
Performs the last action undone. |
Print Preview |
|
Displays the statement in a preview window, exactly as it will look in print. Click Close to return to the statement layout window. |

|
Displays the Print window to print the current statement layout to the specified printer or file. |
