To process statements designed with the Statement Composition module, a process must be configured. To configure a process:

  1. In the Configuration module, select Import | Statement Composition Processor. The Statement COLD Process Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  2. Enter name of process and click Create. Alternately, you can edit an existing process by selecting the process from Statement COLD Process Name list.
  3. With the appropriate process selected, click Process Paths. The Process Paths Configuration for: [process] dialog box is displayed.
  4. Enter the directory and the file name for the appropriate .odf file, or click Browse to navigate to the file. The ODF File Directory field has a limit of 255 characters.
  5. Enter the directory and file name for the .txt process file, or click Browse to navigate to the file. The Process File Directory field has a limit of 61 characters.
  6. Select the appropriate disk group from the drop-down menu.
  7. Select processing options. For more information on processing options, see Processing Options.
  8. Click Save.

The process you configure will display in the COLD processor in the Client module.
