Issues encountered by the system when connecting to Centera Disk Groups using the OnBase Core are written to the File tab of the Diagnostics Console. See the Diagnostics Service and Diagnostics Console manual for details.
Low-level socket errors are logged to the DDSerrors.txt file. When DDS is launched under the -VERBOSE command-line switch, verbose logging information is also logged to the DDSerrors.txt file.
