Using multi-threaded backups when OnBase is writing to Centera improves write performance.

Note:

Multi-threaded backups cannot be used when using Distributed Centera Services.

To enable multi-threaded Centera backups:

  1. In Configuration, select Global Client Settings from the Users menu.
  2. On the Platter Management tab, select Enable multi-threaded Centera backups.
  3. Click Save.
