To access the Platter Management window and its functions, select Admin | Platter Management in the OnBase Client. Each Disk Group or volume displayed within a queue has an associated right-click menu.
The Write platter management functions allow you to manually backup a platter in the Backup Queue to any selected media accessible to the system.
