The OnBase Administration Portal is accessed from a URL created after installation. The URL is formatted https://[ComputerName]/OBADMIN-PORTAL/, with https being http if secure logins have been disabled during installation and [ComputerName] replaced with the name of the computer where the OnBase Administration Portal is installed. For customers accessing OnBase modules through the Hyland Cloud, the URL is received from Hyland via Cloud Platform Engineering (CPE).

You may also access the OnBase Administration Portal by clicking the OnBase Administration Portal button in OnBase Studio. For more information on how to set up the URL in Studio, see the Studio documentation.

Note:

In order to access the OnBase Administration Portal URL, you must open the URL in a chromium-enabled web browser, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

To log in to the OnBase Administration Portal:

  1. Open the OnBase Administration Portal URL in a chromium-enabled web browser. The URL is formatted https://[ComputerName]/OBADMIN-PORTAL/, with https being http if secure logins have been disabled during installation and [ComputerName] replaced with the name of the computer where the Administration Portal is installed.

    The Login screen is displayed.

  2. Enter your system administrator username in the Username field. This is the same username you would use to log in to the Configuration module.
  3. Enter your system administrator password in the Password field.
  4. Click Login.
