The settings under Image Markups detail how an image document of the selected Document Type interacts with markups and bitmaps in OnBase.
The following settings are available under Image Markups:
Changes to the Document Type's page are not saved until you click Save.

This setting enables revision markups on image documents without using the Revision Tool to stamp the revision number on the document. Note:
When this setting is disabled, image markups are not saved if there is no revision stamp, and the user is unable to add a revision stamp before navigating to the previous or next document using Previous Document or Next Document on the Image ribbon in the Unity Client. |
| Allow Redaction Bitmaps |
This setting enables the right-click menu's Redaction Bitmap options for open image documents in the selected Document Type. Redaction bitmaps must be imported into the SYS Redact Bitmaps Document Type. In order to use redaction bitmaps, users must have User Group Save Changes to Documents privileges. They must also have User Group rights to the Sys Redact Bitmaps Document Type. |
