In the OnBase Administration Portal, Keyword Types are configured on the Keyword Types page. The Keyword Types page is available from the navigation sidebar under Documents & Metadata.
The Keyword Types page displays a list of available Keyword Types in OnBase. This page also allows for the creation of new Keyword Types.
