Keyword Type Groups on the Keyword Type Groups page may have their information and settings edited, including associated Keyword Types and Document Types.
To edit a Keyword Type Group's settings in the OnBase Administration Portal, click their entry from the list of available users on the Keyword Type Groups page. The Keyword Type Group's page is displayed.
On the Keyword Type Group's page, the Keyword Type Group's name is shown. To edit this information, click Edit.
Changes to the Keyword Type Group's page are not saved until you click Save.
The following Keyword Type Group settings are available to edit:

| Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group |
If this setting is enabled, the Keyword Type Group is allowed to be duplicated on a document so that one or more Keyword Type Groups can be created for the document. |
| Allow Null Values |
If this setting is enabled, blank Keyword values are allowed when indexing. If not selected, default values are inserted. |
| Include Document Date |
If this setting is enabled, the Document Date is stored, which improves document retrieval speed. |
