The MANAGER User Group is not accessible in the Hyland Cloud. Cloud Platform Engineering (CPE) maintains ownership of this group to limit access to Configuration and Disk Groups.
For Cloud users, without a MANAGER user, two separate users are needed to fully administer security keywords. This is because a single user that is a member of all groups in OnBase would be subject to all security keyword restrictions. Since security keyword restrictions are cumulative, a single user with all the restrictions may not be able to retrieve some (if any) documents with security keywords.
In this case, it is recommend that a second user account is created and used. The second account is configured to be a member of a single group with access to all Document Types and no security keywords configured for it, allowing the retrieval of all documents for troubleshooting purposes.
For more information on setting up user accounts for accessing security keywords, see Assigning Security Keywords to an Individual User or User Group.
