The System Document, SYS - Document Purge Report, provides information regarding all documents purged from Document Maintenance. You must have rights to the Document Type System Documents to view this and all System Documents:

Time of the purge

User ID of the user who deleted the document

Total number of documents purged

Time required to complete the processing

Document Handle number, Document Name (Auto-Name string), and the Document Type of each purged document
