View Current Users allows a user to view information about other OnBase users, including the time a user logged onto the system and the type of license being consumed by that user's workstation.
To open the Users Currently Logged In dialog box, select Admin | User Management | View Current Users.
Each row in the Users Currently Logged In dialog box represents a user currently logged onto the database.
The information in the dialog box can be sorted by column by clicking the column header, and can be refreshed by clicking the Refresh button. The information can be exported to a text file by clicking the Export button.

Product License |
The type of license the user is consuming in order to log on to OnBase: Concurrent Client: A Client license that can be shared among a group of users. A Concurrent license lease begins upon Client logon or connection and ends when the user closes the Client or after 5 minutes, whichever is later. Note:
Concurrent OnBase Client licenses are consumed only when the OnBase application is maximized. If the Client is minimized, the concurrent license will be released for use at another station. This behavior only applies to the main OnBase Client module (i.e., this does not apply to the Web Client or Unity Client). Contact your solution provider if you have questions about this behavior. Named User Client: A Client license that is designated for an individual user. Workstation Client: A Client license that is designated for an individual workstation. Configuration: The user is currently logged on to the OnBase Configuration module. Workflow Concurrent Client: The user is currently using a Concurrent Client license to access the OnBase Workflow module. Workflow Workstation Client: The user is currently using a Workstation Client license to access the OnBase Workflow module. |

Login Time |
The time the user logged on to OnBase. Note:
The Login Time displayed for Concurrent Client licenses is 5 minutes faster than system time. This ensures the 5 minute minimum connection time for users connecting with a Concurrent Client license. |

Status |
The status of the user's OnBase session as reported by a particular interaction with the database. There are four possible Status states: Active: The user's system has recently been in communication with the database. Not Responding: The session has not communicated with the database in at least 15 minutes. Inactive: The user minimized his/her session within the first 5 minutes of logging onto OnBase, and the minimum 5 minute lease is in effect. Unreported: The status of a user's session that is consuming a workstation-based Client license cannot be measured. In this case, no status is displayed. |
