Text documents in the OnBase Client do not word wrap. In other words, unless there is a hard-return line break in a paragraph, all text from a paragraph is placed on one line. When printing or scanning, this means there is the possibility of lines being truncated if settings are not configured correctly.

For this reason, it is important to consider both the size of the font you are using and how many characters should be allowed on each line. It is also important to determine whether portrait or landscape printing or scanning is necessary.

If you are unsure whether documents will be printed or scanned correctly, test to ensure documents are rendered as expected.
