To configure a note type's color:

  1. In the Configuration module, select Document | Note Types. The Note Type Configuration dialog box displays.
  2. To change the color of the caption for the note type, select a note type and click Change Color. The Color dialog box displays:
  3. Click Define Custom Colors to open the color scale:
  4. You can select a new color from the color scale by clicking on a section of the scale and sliding the target to the specific hue. Add the color to the Custom colors section of the Color dialog box by clicking Add to Custom Colors.
  5. Click OK.
    Note:

    The default font color for the note caption is black. If the color of the note caption is dark enough (the red, green and blue values are all less than 90), the font color will change, by default, to white.
