Adding product licenses requires a licensing certificate or a Call Back Code from your licensing operator. To add a product license:
- In the Configuration module, select Utils | Licensing | Product Licenses. The Product Licenses dialog box is displayed.
- Click the Database/Institution Licenses, Workstation Licenses, or Check Processes tab, depending on the type of license to be added.
- Select the license you want to add in the Product list.

Click License Product.
Note:
Adding Check Processes licensing does not require any additional steps.

Enter the number of licenses to obtain in the Number of Licenses field.
- Click Generate License Code. The license code is entered in the Update Code field.
- Contact your first line of support to receive a call-back code in exchange for the value of the Update Code.
- Enter the code you received from your first line of support in the Call Back Code field.
- Click Save.
