Adding product licenses requires a licensing certificate or a Call Back Code from your licensing operator. To add a product license:

  1. In the Configuration module, select Utils | Licensing | Product Licenses. The Product Licenses dialog box is displayed.
  2. Click the Database/Institution Licenses, Workstation Licenses, or Check Processes tab, depending on the type of license to be added.
  3. Select the license you want to add in the Product list.
  4. Click License Product.
    Note:

    Adding Check Processes licensing does not require any additional steps.

  5. Enter the number of licenses to obtain in the Number of Licenses field.
  6. Click Generate License Code. The license code is entered in the Update Code field.
  7. Contact your first line of support to receive a call-back code in exchange for the value of the Update Code.
  8. Enter the code you received from your first line of support in the Call Back Code field.
  9. Click Save.
