When you press the ALT key on your keyboard, all ALT key shortcut options are shown. They are represented by underlined letters in the menu bar.
For example:
After pressing ALT, use these shortcuts by pressing appropriate keys. For example, if you want to access the NCR PCL Configuration dialog box, press ALT- I + F + N.
This works identically for all options on the menu bar. After you click ALT and a character key represented on the menu bar, use your arrow keys to move from horizontal menu option to horizontal menu option. Once you enter a vertical drop-down menu, you can only choose a shortcut within that menu. For example, if you select ALT- M to enter the Disk Management menu, pressing D bring ups the Disk Groups dialog box and not the Document menu. To access the Document menu, press ALT - D.
