The Two Digit Year Settings dialog box determines how a year will be interpreted by the system when it enters OnBase as a two-digit number.

  1. In the Configuration module, select Users | Two Digit Year Settings. The Two Digit Year Settings dialog box displays.
  2. Type the finishing year for the two digit year into the 20__ field. This value determines the span of years for which interpretation will be performed.
    For example, in the dialog box above, any two-digit year will be identified within the range of years 1931 - 2030. If the number "35" is entered, the system will interpret the year as "1935."
