  1. Select the Document Type to which you wish to copy settings.
  2. Click Copy.
  3. Select the Document Type from which you wish to copy settings.
    Note:

    The Override Privileges dialog box is intended to allow the selective removal of a subset of Document Type privileges. If all override privileges are deselected, the settings are ignored, and the Document Type is returned to the Selected for Group listing within the Assigning Document Types for <document type> dialog box.

    Note:

    If a document is checked out by another user, the Keyword Types will not be able to be modified regardless of Override Privileges.
