Issue: While trying to edit a User Group, there is an error when locking the User Group. A Lock failure message is displayed, stating the following: Another user is accessing '[NAME]' user group. Please try again later.

Resolution: If this message appears and another user is not accessing the User Group, this error may be caused by using an incorrect ODBC Driver. To resolve this issue, ensure that the ODBC Driver is correct for the ODBC DataSource. You may check the ODBC Driver that is in use for a user by viewing the Security Log for that user.
