The Hyland Cloud Portal provides administrators of a Hyland Cloud solution access to administrative functionality and information not accessible through Hyland.com or Hyland Community. To access this functionality, you must be a Hyland Cloud Customer Security Administrator.
Available functionality in the Hyland Cloud Portal includes:
- Solution configuration detail
- Service restarts (manual and scheduled)
- Status of Services
- Reports
- Billable storage
- Document and page counts
- Management of files uploaded to a processing server
- Links to reference material and forms
