Citrix Workspace is client software that allows the use of Citrix-published applications, including the Configuration module, from another device by accessing the applications from a centralized host.

Citrix Workspace needs to be installed before it can be used to access the Configuration module. For steps on installing Citrix Workspace, see the Citrix documentation.

To access the Configuration module using Citrix Workspace:

  1. Launch Citrix Workspace.
  2. Click Set Up Account. The Edit Accounts window is displayed.
  3. Click Add. The Add Account dialog box is displayed.
  4. Enter hyland.cloud.com and click OK.
  5. Enter the Citrix credentials provided to you by Cloud Platform Engineering (CPE). The User name must be provided in the format domain\username.
    • If the Citrix user name begins with ctx, then the domain is tartarus. For example, if the user name is ctxAccount1, then enter tartarus\ctxAccount1 in the User name field.
    • If the Citrix user name begins with cst, then the domain is olympus. For example, if the user name is cstAccount1, then enter olympus\cstAccount1 in the User name field.
  6. Click Log On. The Home page is displayed.
  7. Select Apps | All Apps. A list of available Hyland Cloud apps is displayed.
  8. Click OnBase Config. The Configuration module is displayed.
