Hyland Cloud has a single Citrix URL to access applications, which may be used to access the Configuration module using a web browser.

To access the Configuration module through Citrix using a web browser:

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Navigate to https://hyland.cloud.com.
  3. Enter the Citrix credentials provided to you by Cloud Platform Engineering (CPE). The User name must be provided in the format domain\username.
    • If the Citrix user name begins with ctx, then the domain is tartarus. For example, if the user name is ctxAccount1, then enter tartarus\ctxAccount1 in the User name field.
    • If the Citrix user name begins with cst, then the domain is olympus. For example, if the user name is cstAccount1, then enter olympus\cstAccount1 in the User name field.
  4. Click Log On. The Home page is displayed.
  5. Select Apps | All Apps. A list of available Hyland Cloud apps is displayed.
  6. Click OnBase Config. The Configuration module is displayed in a new window.
