Any devices used to access the Citrix environment must recognize the DigiCert SHA2 SSL certificate to verify there is a secure connection to the Citrix site. Devices used to access Citrix perform this check automatically.

If a device used to access Citrix does not recognize the DigiCert SHA2 SSL certificate, an SSL certificate error similar to the following is displayed:

SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust "DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA", the issuer of the server's security certificate.
